OLIVE & TWIST
Olive & Twist is a playful, luxury mobile bar service specializing in hand-crafted, bespoke cocktails created with top-shelf spirits. Their soon-to-be fleet of vehicles is anchored by a hands-down, must-have star at your event: Penny Lane, a vintage Volkswagen bus retrofitted with a gorgeous, full-service bar. During our discovery process, we identified that Olive & Twist’s spirited spirit delivery results in “shakin’ up the scene” and “stirrin’ up trouble.” Working hand-in-hand with marketing agency, Lalone Marketing, Studio Eighty Seven illustrated an olive and citrus peel—AKA, twist—swirling together with a toothpick to create an ampersand. We paired this with a unique serif typeface to complement the illustration with a rugged, masculine charm, and a subtle nod to the retro, automotive element of the brand.
